Terms of use

1. Purpose

Ottoffix connects drivers with garages and provides garages with management tools (bookings, quotes, invoices, job cards, messaging).

Ottoffix is not a garage, repairer or insurer: repair and maintenance services are provided by independent professionals listed on the platform.

2. Accounts

Creating an account requires a valid email address and accurate information. Accounts are personal and users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential.

Garage accounts must provide a valid business registration number and the legal details required for invoicing.

3. User obligations

No illegal, defamatory or misleading content; no impersonation; no attempts to access other accounts' data.

Uploaded material (photos, plates, invoices) must be owned by the user or free of third-party rights.

4. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, with continuous availability as a goal but no guarantee of uninterrupted access (maintenance, incidents, force majeure).

Ottoffix is not liable for the quality of work performed by garages, nor for the information they publish (prices, availability, lead times).

5. Suspension and termination

Accounts breaching these terms may be suspended or deleted after notice, and immediately in cases of fraud or security abuse.

Users may delete their account at any time from settings or by written request.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Absent an amicable settlement, the courts of the publisher's registered office have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
