Terms of sale

1. Plans and pricing

Subscriptions are offered as Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans. Prices are shown in euros excluding tax; applicable VAT is added at invoicing.

Each plan states its usage limits (number of mechanics, e-invoicing modules, job cards).

2. Ordering and payment

Subscriptions are purchased online and paid by card through our payment provider (Stripe). Payments recur until cancellation.

If a charge fails, access to paid features may be suspended after a reminder.

3. Term, renewal, cancellation

The subscription runs for the selected period (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically.

Cancellation is available at any time from the Billing area and takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund.

4. Withdrawal right

Subscriptions are intended for professional use, so the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, except for businesses with fewer than six employees contracting outside their main field of activity, as provided by French consumer law.

5. Electronic invoicing

Invoicing features issue compliant invoices (sequential numbering, legal mentions, Factur-X format) and, when configured by the garage, transmit them through a partner e-invoicing platform.

The garage remains solely responsible for the accuracy of invoicing data and for its tax obligations.

6. Liability and disputes

The publisher's liability is capped at the amounts paid over the last twelve months of subscription.
